others who may be willing to help. As you know we are in the Philippines. We have treated 130 patients in 2 days. Today we
encountered a situation that we could not handle alone. This man was injured over a month ago and has been homeless, unable
to work and starving. He is now septic due to his and and foot injuries and we were able to start an IV and treat with Rocephin.
We then transported him to a hospital where they agreed to amputate his hand and foot but we must provide his antibiotics,
other medications and dressing supplies. A local church has volunteered to provide food for him. You see, the Philippines
Docs and Nurses are well trained but have no medicines or supplies to work with. The surgeon wants IV Rocephin x 10 doses
ready before he will do the procedure. We also need to provide IV NS for him. We will get him started but do not have the
resources to provide continued care. Please help if you can. Just let me know by email that you are willing to help and what
you can donate. I will send you a proper update as soon as I can. I miss you all!
