Hi there!
Today we had breakfast with Hector and his family, went to market in ChiChi. We left just as rain began. It is pouring
down now, with thunder and lightning, and it is sooo nice! I love the weather;we all do! Went by the new church building.
It is moving ahead slowly. The rain makes things difficult.

At dinner we met a 15 year old boy named Otto who was selling in the market necklaces. He spoke excellent English and was
very smart. When I asked him if he knew Jesus Christ he told us how he moved to Guatemala City two years ago and fell in
with the wrong crowd, joining a gang before he met some missionaries who helped him find God and get his life back. He is
now planning on getting his "Guide" license two years from now and taking tourists around Guatemala.

It is raining steadily. Barb just got a fright with a loud clap of thunder, thinking it might break the window. We are so
blessed. Here is the street in the rain (Oh yea, electricity is out too!).
