Do you really believe in God above?
Or in the convience that He is love.
Is He the first one you think of when times get tough?
Or the last one you go to when things get rough.
Do you talk to Him daily and pour out your heart?
Or does he only take up a small little part.
Do you think of Him often and close your eyes?
And long for the day you will be by His side.
Or maybe for you God isn't real.
Oh you know he's out there, but your heart He doesn't fill.
You can go days and never seek His face,
Your life goes on, caught in the race.
But every so often you know he's there,
You say a few words and call it a prayer.
But I'm here to tell you He can be so much more,
Your Saviour, your friend, if you'll open the door.
He can live in your heart, and your life will thrive,
Because you'll know He's real and that He is ALIVE!!
